X5 + front effector

1. Overview
X5 + is a professional karaoke effector developed by our company based on X5 function. Compared with X5, our company has improved the relevant functions and performance of X5 +, modified the unreasonable part of X5 hardware, eliminated the hidden danger that X5 may cause effector crash due to software design, and improved its reliability.
1. Improvement of x5+ relative to X5
(1) hardware:
(1) Improve the layout of the main board to make the layout more reasonable and beautiful
1. Separate the power supply to make the DC path more reasonable;
2. assemble the plug-in modules of X5 on the main board to enhance the anti-interference ability;
(2) Simplify the cumbersome X5 operation panel, use shortcut mode call key and fast mute key;
(3) The analog potentiometer is used to adjust the effect, microphone and music volume, which is convenient, accurate and fast;
(4) Usb-4b interface and USB interface are used;
(5) Eliminate the problem of output noise when shutting down;
(6) The problem of output zero drift is solved, and the inherent DC output of about 0.3V at X5 output is eliminated;
(7) The anti-interference ability of the main board is enhanced. The anti-interference ability of X5 + can reach 2000V, which is greatly improved compared with 800V of X5. According to the customer's response, X5 will suddenly crash during operation, so we improve the anti-interference ability of the motherboard;
2. Front panel function description
(1) Call mode shortcut key: call 1-8 modes stored in the current effector from left to right. When the mode key light is on, it means that the current mode of operation is the mode; when the mode key light is off, it means that the current mode is not selected for operation. Press the corresponding call mode shortcut key to call up the mode;
(2) Output mute: when the button is pressed normally, the output mute button light will be on and all outputs will be mute; if you press the button again, all outputs will be restored;
(3) Infrared interface: the infrared remote controller is used to control the relevant parameters. Currently supported remote control functions include;
(4) Effect volume: used to adjust the effect volume. Turn clockwise to increase the volume and anticlockwise to decrease the volume;
(5) Microphone volume: used to adjust the microphone volume. Turn clockwise to increase the volume and anticlockwise to decrease the volume;
(6) Music volume: used to adjust music volume. Turn clockwise to increase the volume and anticlockwise to decrease the volume;
(7) Front USB interface: used to connect the effector and PC. When the front USB interface is connected to the computer, the X5 + effector will automatically switch to the front USB interface to communicate with the PC, and the rear USB interface is invalid.
Note: for X5 + effector, only panel knob can be used to adjust effect, microphone and music volume; remote control and PC software interface can be used to adjust
3. Function description of rear panel
(1) Power switch: used to control the power on and off of X5 + effector;
(2) Power interface: it is used to connect to the city power supply (AC220V / 50Hz) and provide the working power supply of X5 + effector;
(3) Rear USB interface: used to connect the effector and PC. When the front USB interface is connected to the computer, the X5 + effector will automatically switch to the front USB interface to communicate with the PC, and the interface will become invalid;
(4) Post output: the output (left and right channels) interface of post signal;
(5) Subwoofer output: output interface of subwoofer signal;
(6) Central output: the output interface of central signal;
(7) Main output: main signal output (left and right channels) interface;
(8) Music input: music input 1 and 2 interfaces are used to input music signals. The remote controller or PC control software can be used to select input music signal from 1 or 2 interface;
(9) Microphone input: microphone signal input (mic1, MIC2, mic3) interface;
(10) Microphone input adjustment: microphone input signal gain adjustment (corresponding to MIC, MIC2, mic3), left rotation gain decreases, right rotation gain increases;
